Podobný výrok overoval Demagog.sk už viackrát. Je pravda, že Európska komisia zaradila
slovenský rozpocet do elitnej skupiny piatich krajín eurozóny s
najzodpovednejším rozpoctom. Výrok hodnotíme ako pravdivý.
Európska komisia nás v správe z 28. novembra 2014 zaradila medzi 5 štátov s rozpoctami v úplnom súlade s pravidlami Paktu stability a rastu. Ide o Nemecko, Írsko, Luxembursko, Holandsko a Slovensko.
Minister financií Peter Kažimír po zverejnení hodnotenia komisie hovoril, že slovenský rozpocet bol hodnotený medzi štyrmi najlepšími v rámci eurozóny. Podla oficiálnej správy EK je však slovenský rozpocet medzi piatimi najlepšími.
Na túto faktickú nepresnost zo strany predstavitelov SMER-SD sme upozornovali už v minulosti (O5M12, 30. novembra 2014).

The assessment of the Draft Budgetary Plans led to the conclusion that:
Five Member States are considered as compliant: Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Slovakia
Four Member States are considered as broadly compliant: Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia and Finland
Seven Member States are at risk of non-compliance: Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Austria and Portugal
